Setup Instructions

1. Domain Name

Please provide account access to where your URL is managed. Alternatively, add us as an admin (full access) to your domain name registrar.

You can find you registrar here: https://lookup.icann.org/en

2. Website Host

Please provide account access to where your website builder is managed.

To find your host:

  1. In the ICANN Lookup results page, scroll down to the Raw Registry RDAP Response.
  2. Look for the Reseller entry.

3. Facebook Business Account

Please provide account access to where your Facebook assets are managed.

Business Manager

  1. Go to Business settings.
  2. Under Users, click People
  3. Click Add people.
  4. Enter [email protected] as the email address. Click Next.
  5. Select the type of access you want to assign. Click Next.
  6. Select your Business Account and choose Full Access. Click Invite.
  7. Review the invitation and click Send request. The person will receive an invitation to join your Business Account via email.

Meta Business Suite

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. In the people tab, click Add people.
  3. Enter [email protected] as the email address. Click Next.
  4. Select the type of access you want to assign. Click Next.
  5. Select your Business Account and choose Full Access. Click Next.
  6. Review the invitation and click Send request. The person will receive an invitation to join your Business Account via email.

4. Facebook Ads Manager

To add someone to your ad account:

  1. Go to Ads Manager Settings. You may be asked to re-enter your password.
  2. Under Ad account roles, select Add people.
  3. Enter [email protected].
  4. Use the dropdown menu to choose full access (admin) and then click Confirm.

5. Facebook Business Page

To add people to Pages in Business Manager:

  1. Open Business settings.
  2. Below Users, click People.
  3. Select the person you want to give access to.
  4. Click Add assets and select Pages.
  5. Select the Page you’d like to share access to and give full control of the Page.
  6. Click Save changes.

6. Add Facebook Billing to Ad Manager

  1. Click Payment settings in the Billing section of Ads Manager.
  2. In the Payment methods section, click Add payment method.
  3. Check location and currency. If some of this information needs to be updated, a new ad account must be created.
  4. Select the payment method you want to add and click Next.
  5. Check or update the Edit billing information form and click Next.
  6. In the Confirm updates form, select the option that best fits your needs, pause ads or keep ads running and click Confirm.
  7. Click Done.

7. Facebook Pixels (If Applicable)

  1. Go to Business Settings.
  2. Below Data Sources, click Pixels.
  3. Select the Pixel that you’d like to add someone to.
  4. Click Add People.
  5. Select the people and the tasks you want to assign.
  6. Click Assign.

8. Facebook Verification (If Applicable)

We can usually do this for you, but you may need to provide additional verification.

  1. Go to Security Center in Business Settings. You may also get a notification to begin verification in another product like Ads Manager or Commerce Manager.
  2. Provide your business details. This can include your Legal business Name, Business Address, Phone Number and Website. Make sure the details you submit exactly match the details of your legal business entity.
  3. Confirm your business details. If you need to add supporting documents, learn which official documents you can provide.
  4. Choose a contact method to confirm your connection. If you have not verified the domain of your business, you’ll need to do this first. Learn when to use domain verification to verify your business.. You may also be required to confirm your connection via email or phone verification.

9. Google Business Profile

  1. Go to your Business Profile. Learn how to find your profile.
  2. Click Menu Menu and then Business Profile settings and then Managers.
  3. At the top left, click Add Invite new users.
  4. Enter [email protected].
  5. Under “Access,” choose Manager.
  6. Click Invite.

10. Google Ads

  1. In your Google Ads account, click the Admin icon Admin Icon.
  2. Click Access and security.
  3. Click the plus button .
  4. Enter [email protected] as the email address for your invitee, then select Administrator as the account access level.
  5. Click Send invitation.
  6. After the person accepts your email invitation, you’ll receive a notification in your account. If you need to revoke your invitation, click Revoke in the “Actions” column.

11. Google Ads Billing

  1. In your Google Ads account, click the Billing icon Billing Icon.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Choose the country or territory of your business address. Select Continue.
  4. Enter your business address. Select Continue.
  5. Make your billing selections and enter your billing information. The options you see will depend on the country of your billing address, the currency you’ve picked, and whether any payment methods are temporarily unavailable for your account.
  6. Review and accept the Google Ads Terms and Conditions.
  7. Select Submit and Activate.

13. Google Analytics

  1. Sign in to Google Analytics.
  2. Click Admin, and navigate to the desired account/property/view.
  3. In the Account, Property, or View column (depending upon whether you want to add users at the account, property, or view level), click Access Management.
  4. In the Account permissions list, click +, then click Add users.
  5. Enter the email address for the user’s Google Account.
  6. Select Notify new users by email to send a message to the user.
  7. Select the permissions you want. Learn more about permissions.
  8. Click Add.

14. Review Generation Schedule

  1. Go to the Integration Scheduler: https://birdeye.com/cal/int/
  2. Click the Timezone at the top right and make sure it’s set to Pacific.
  3. Choose a day and time that works best.
  4. The message just needs to say “(YOUR PMS, Dentrix, Open Dental, etc), Standard integration”
