If you’re looking to create something big, you’re going to have to become consistent. You’re going to have to show up and do the work over and over, no matter how tedious or sometimes fruitless it might seem. So, I don’t go to the gym that much anymore. But, and an analogy I like is the idea of the gym that you just have to show up and keep doing the work regardless of how you feel, your emotions, or other situations if you want that physique at the end of the day. And it’s not about going out and finding

some new gimmick or some new way of lifting the weights. It’s about doing what works, doing the stuff that is proven already and just repeating it over and over. And over a certain period of time, you will achieve that goal. And so, it’s going to come down to time and consistency. And so, consistency is a very important thing. So, a lot of people struggle with consistency and I certainly do as well. And the best thing I would have to say about it is that you should start small. Try to be consistent

with something that isn’t so difficult and just do it every day. And like a muscle, develop your capacity for becoming consistent, your capacity for doing things regardless of how you feel or what uh what else is going on in your life and so on. So, that’s it for today. Keep consistent. Keep doing the work. And I’ll see you guys in the next one.
