How to get the fastest support

Step 1: Click the blue Life Buoy icon at the bottom right of your screen. You can search our documentation and see if we’ve already covered your question. It’s possible that you can find your answer immediately.

Step 2: Send us an email at “[email protected]” with your question or request and a descriptive subject.

Support tickets are resolved in the order they come into our support inbox. Repeat emails push your ticket back to the end of the line. Phone calls are not supported at this time.
